Went for a hot chocolate. Surrounding every counter they had scattered real hot chocolate take away but in store they serve powdered mix which had very little flavour. The coffee was bitter so I bit the bullet and complained. She did offer a replacement coffee...after I said I did not like it. No refund offered to me or an apology. read more.
