Thai Express Halifax

Gave me the wrong order FOUR TIMES through a delivery service. An employee wrote on my order they didn't know what tofu was so they GAVE ME CHICKEN. That's not the same thing and NOT interchangeable when you don't eat chicken. When asked to correct it they did it again ......... four ruined meals. Eat at a different location is my advice.Edit: I DID contact Thai express before I wrote this review. I also attempted to contact the restaurant directly many times. They hang up on you without speaking to you if you call.

Make the best veggie pad thai! Always follow instruction, friendly staff. Food made here is more delicious than other thai express locations in Halifax.

Stayed at the Hotel Halifax, this restaurant is located in the concourse level attached to the hotel after a long day touring it was easy to pick up something for dinner and take it back to our room. Other food court restaurants here Tim Hortons, McDonalds, etc.

This location is really a hit or miss. But, I’d like to mention that this particular day was my favourite.The perfect amount of spice, fast service (even when the place had a lineup), and the quantity was amazing!(Also YOU CAN ASK FOR IT IN A BOWL FOR AN EXTRA $0.50)I seen a lot of negative comments here which I can agree, they have their bad days. But I’ve been to this location a lot and have had more good days then bad.In fact, I always get a good quantity at this location.

The Male server was extremely rude and interfering in unwanted conversation with customer.Didn’t give me the full order.Action should be taken for such behaviour.Not even one star for customer service.
