Pho Dau Bo - Hamilton

Last Monday, I went out to eat with my friends and found a delicious Asian restaurant. It was the first place that came to mind when I thought about Asian restaurants. The staff was amazing, providing attentive and courteous service.The only minor issue was that the drinks took a bit longer to arrive, but I understood because the restaurant was quite crowded, and there were only three waiters handling all the tables. However, they didn't show any sign of stress and instead, there was a cheerful guy with dyed hair who served us with enthusiasm.The food was excellent, and the service from the staff was great. Considering the busy atmosphere, I could empathize with the slight delay in their service. I noticed they had many take-out orders to handle as well.

The last time I have eaten Vietnamse Pho in Ha Noi was 10 years ago, I really miss this food and my hometown. Suddenly I went to this restaurant with frs, their food was really tasty. I was very happy to eat Vietnamese food again. I also recommend you should try rice here

I will get right to the point The dinner was terrible The dish I ordered 450 bbq chicken and vermicelli with a spring roll the vermicelli was cold and overcooked The chicken was so burned and dried out it was inedible when I complained the waitress said this was a salad and too the dish to heat up unfortunately the time in the microwave cooked the lettuce and gave the whole mess a nasty taste The two of my dinner companions who had the same dish were similarly disappointed I give 2 stars for the spring roll the only part of my dinner that was ok no apology We will not be back

Nice atmosphere, yummy Vietnamese food, especially the rice dishes!

Decided to try a different pho place than my usual on Uber eats. It was so boring, not filling, had only a few green onions and even less white ones. Honestly it smelled like a wet dog and tasted off too. ? Still ate because I’m sick and didn’t want to waste my money but I won’t be finishing the other half (pictured). What there was of the brisket was mostly fat (I know it’s brisket but it should be marbled not just chunks of solid fat) and the container of broth was less than 2 3 full. Overall portion size was smaller and more expensive than my usual place as well. Won’t be back :
