I'm a big steak lover. two years ago I came to hamilton island when the steakhouse was in the old location, we loved it, we probably ate there 5 times in a tenth night stay. we are back on the island for our high time and we organized a pre-wedding dinner in the new sailing steak house. it was very common, they used to have Angus-Rind, this time it tasted more like Safeway-Rind. it tasted like coal not grill, I don't...
