Gorditas Los Metates - Hammond

Place is disgrace for a Mexican restaurant. You do not get much for your money there. The rice was soggy and beans taste as if they were out of a can. I ordered a taco dinner and gordita dinner guy on the phone told me it would be three of each ,when I got home there was only one of each and the meals were not cheap! They were too cheap to even have the AC running in the building it was hot in there! Will never go back there again, I do not recommend eating their place is a dump! I gave them zero stars but it won't let me post unless I give one star.

Service was great, food very delicious the dough they use to make the gorditas soft , and honestly you got to try them all you can’t go wrong .

Those Gorditas are tasty., you try something else different. Try these weird Gorditas, its different i will be back on a weekend. And dont forget the salsa ok.Food: 4/5

The food is pretty good. It is really authentic and it shows. I had marinated pork tacos al pastor) and I was surprised they were pretty good but what struck me was the fact that it was served in hand made tortillas! The food is not the issue, the problem this place faces is lack of help. I recall people going to pick up their food and the orders were not ready or they thought they have the order to someone else. I would reccomend dine in vs pick up. Overall, pretty good and worth trying . I wish them luck.
