I've been a science of state line for 45 years. I used to call the state line tonight and ask when the last order was. They told me 8:40. I called at 8:25 to order. the type said we were closed. I told him I called earlier and was told that the last command was 8:40. the guy said, "shut up. I wasn't." and he hanged on me! very disappointing treatment. but it's still my favorite pizza. read more.

"Arrived to pick up our order on Friday and they did not have it ready. The man was very rude and claimed we never even placed the order. After a couple of minutes he actually found our order but instead of putting it down for Friday they put it down for Tuesday. Prior to that we had to even prove on our phone that we actually did call Highway bakery because he just would not believe us. So they wrote down the wrong date but refused to admit that they did. He said he would support his employee rather than the customer and said that we were not telling the truth. I am totally done with Highway bakery. We left there and went down to Pearson's who were wonderful and gave us just what we want it"

"Today was my second visit in two months. I won't be back. $12 Mongolian beef was a container of onions and gravy, literally five shavings of beef, no joke. I called to inform them of the issue and I remembered I had the same concern on my first visit. I was offered a remake, or a percentage off my next order. I wasn't going to drive back for a remake, and as this was my second negative experience, I declined a discount on a future order. The girl did say she would speak with the kitchen staff about the issue, so good luck if you decide to dine here."
