my wife and I decided to try the new drift restaurant in the Sparks boat port tonight. we were greeted as we entered and felt very welcome, the atmosphere is very relaxing, simple sound music senatra etc., good selection of drinks and quality cocktails (the classic mojito) table service was attentive and the eating was exceptional (the rib for melt in mouth bark,) I would highly recommend giving it a jump. read more.

Visited after seeing on Facebook and thought it looked great, it was. Pizza each along with side salad and cheesy garlic bread. Followed by lemon tart and chees...

"We visited Bellamy's Bistro 2 weeks ago. If having a meal after 6pm there is parking on the main Street for free. We managed to get an earlier ferry across to the island and after contacting Bellamy's, staff very kindly brought the time of our table forward. Me and one friend had the carbonara and cheesy garlic bread, which was lovely and tasty and my other friend had Bourgenon which she also really enjoyed. The owners were very friendly and were talking to us about how they came to the Isle of Wight. I would definitely recommend."

"Nice clean premises with extensive homemade food offering, from snacks to main meals. We opted for homemade vegetable soup and a “standard” breakfast. The soup was a generous serving in a good sized bowl served with a fresh white warm crusty roll and a large slice of butter. Excellent. The breakfast consisted of a good quality “butchers” sausage, a nice rasher of bacon, baked beans, a lovely poached egg scrambled was an option), mushrooms which were preferred to the listed tomatoes and two thick slices of brown granary toast, well buttered. All excellent, well cooked and presented. Will have no hesitation in visiting this eatery again. Good food and good value. Thank you to all concerned."
