Cracker Barrel - Hampton

The food was served hot and fresh, and I was given plenty of utensils and condiments. The Steak and Egg Hashbrowns were absolutely delicious.

The food was awful. The chicken and dumplings seemed to have been leftover from the night before, as they were dry and had a terrible taste. The meatloaf was cold and every bite was filled with gristle. The mashed potatoes had undercooked chunks mixed in. The entire meal was disgusting and I couldn't even finish it. I was extremely disappointed and will never order from here again.

The drinks that were supposed to come with the kids' meals were not provided. The steak was overcooked and burnt in some areas, while the broccoli was undercooked with black spots on the stalks. The biscuits were extremely dry, a major disappointment.

I tried the grilled chicken tenderloin with potatoes and country greens at this restaurant and it was delicious! I can't find anything I don't like or enjoy here. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already!

I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while and was thrilled to return. The prices are reasonable and I had a pleasant waitress who even helped me by refilling my son's soda. The food was just as delicious as I remembered, and I made sure to treat myself to some desserts. I was impressed by the attractive woman managing the cash register and the cleanliness of the establishment. I even overheard another waitress recommending dishes to a customer. All in all, a great place to dine!
