"Amazing time with my family... our server,Samahri was the best,hands down. The food was great...,hot and fresh. The only thing that could have been better was the temperature in the building. IT WAS FREEZING in there. We had to keep our jackets on the entire time."

"I called to order the pickup. there were many jokes about my name and how to spell it and meaningless behavior. as a good sport I laughed at him. I wanted to pick up, my order was read back and paid. I called after my last name and gave my order. I've got a wrong job after home. since I lived near and was told that you were eating here and we called her name, and no one said anything that I was the only one in the tiny place. I order everything I thought it was a routine pickup. I'm coming there and I was told I'd have to pay $17 for my dinner after I paid $29 for the wrong order. If I had said that on the phone, I could never have come back. what kind of customer service is that? then the manager got to help. I'm polite all the time. So they expect me to pay $46 for something I don't eat and that they correct the mistake. the bank apologised and said she would pay for my food. they knew they were playing and very unprofessional. then tried to force me to take something I didn't order, what I should do because I paid for it, but I left it there. never heard of such a thing in my life! Not to mention that I have been protecting her for 3 years and the maid is a former coworker of me, who I must say that I understand why she made the mistake. I just wanted basilikum fried rice with 2 egg rolls. they have joined my friend and robbed my rice and the aegean that never gave me. I'm disgusting about how they treated this. will never protect you again! play with people eating"

"If I could give this place a 0 I would. We were seated and warned about short staffing which I totally understand. We waited a while but received our food, well some. My mom received her chicken which was ice cold. My cousin waited a while for his but eventually got it. My husband never received his food. We kept asking and we were pretty much snapped at (not by our waiter) that “it was coming”. We all finished eating and my husband still never received his food. I spoke to the manager to see if it could be to go and be comped. I also asked him if it would be fair for another meal to be comped for all our troubles and he said yes. Got our bill and everything was messed up. Had to remind about meals being comped. Manager said he misunderstood about the 2nd meal being comped and offered to cover half. I wanted to get out of the places so I said heck with it and that’s what was done. My aunt paid for an extra asparagus side that she didn’t order and I paid for an extra kids meal I didn’t order, but we all wanted to leave so bad we just said heck with it and paid it anyways. Very very dissatisfied."

"Yo the lady with the hairy chin corn braids and weave and lashes with a Wendy’s sweater on is very mean mad and rude she was cursing at me . wow she hate her life I thought Wendy’s workers were supposed to be proud of themselves and why that individual take out verbal frustration out on the customer, anyway, have a blessed day you will never get my dollars today and never again at that Wendy’s. Your food there is nasty ? anyway.Thanks"
