Delicious fish tacos, the perfect balance of flavors done house style. Very friendly service and a true passion behind the food. The Mahi was caught fresh and the Ono was so flavorful! If you're in Hana, there's plenty of food trucks to choose from but this spot should not be missed. The menu is pretty expansive so there's something for everyone. View all feedback.
What Byron Wolfe doesn't like about Makai Cafe:
Didn’t get what I ordered and paid for. Cool was argumentative so I said it was fine and walked away. Cool spot but cashier said she didn’t actually work there (weird??? and the cook was combative.The one taco (ordered and paid the for the 3 taco plate was pretty good though. Burger was so so. Chips came out of a large bag. View all feedback.
