"We arrived to a 1/2 full restaurant and many great reviews and expected a great experience only to met met with Disaster. The first 4 selections from the menu were not available. Sorry cant make a Manhattan, Sorry cant make a Negroni. Settled on a Draught beer which was served in a Brandy snifter? Our second drink finally arrived which was a Martini served in an Tom Collins glass? The food was bland and lacked creativity. Having experienced MANY vegan restaurants in Toronto this was a disgrace. Waiter decided to take a lunch break during my lunch break. After sitting with empty drinks for 20 minutes, Hostess advised us that our waiter was in the back "stuffing his face" . This is a huge disappointment for a "

"It was our last night in Sudbury, with my old dad who grew up just down the street from the restaurant. He's hard of hearing, even with hearing aids. And it's very likely the last time he'll ever be back in his hometown. So...we asked them if they could help us out. And they did, giving us a separate room that the other diners weren't in, so we could hear him and he could hear us. The food was absolutely stellar, homemade, and fast. I can't fully express just what this meant to my family to have such a gorgeous meal with such understanding, kind-hearted staff. Grazie mille tutti!"
