Disappointed once again. Celebrating my son's birthday, have been making a tradition of celebrating special occasions at CG. Ordered Kona NY strip medium rare. Server confirmed cool red center is what I was ordering. Steak came out well done, blackened and the interior was grey, not even a little pink.
