"Beautiful small place right on the highway, easy access, super authentic looking with a very authentic taste. The service was excellent and the food was uncandy tasteful. I'm not a fan of fried beans, but they had a smooth and very woody taste. My duck was quite full of meat and very filling. In any case, this place recommends anyone who wants an authentic feeling."

"We were never in Hartselle, it's about a 30-minute drive from us and I just wanted to shave ice cream. Lol! I thought I can't ride 30 minutes for just shaking ice cream and saw that I took the cargo house for a future visit so the kids for lunch and dessert. We went to a Friday afternoon and sat right away. I don't know who our server was, but she was fast. We have our food and drinks in minutes! We got our food so fast that it can't be so good, but I was wrong. My boys have burgers, my daughter has the Alfredo, and I have a panini with pasta salad. All was good, the guys said the burgers were a bit dry, but still tasted good. It was a while ago that we ate there, so my memory is not so great, but I really remember our meal. I tried Alfredo my daughter and it was super cheesy and I love parmesan cheese so I loved it. I think my daughter wanted it to be creamier than chess. Oh and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have the good ice cream. Yay! I love crisp ice cream!"

"Great place with great staff and delicious food. Make a reservation as the staff is limited so they are limiting tables. You can roll the dice on seats at the bar but I saw multiple groups not being able to eat as no seats were available."

"By far and away some of the best donuts around. And the customer service with a super smile is top notch. I have donuts here 1-3 times a week. A nice family atmosphere. There is some booth seating inside. Theres a soda fountain and a stand up cooler with milk an chocolate milk and other beverages. The prices are very fair. Very fresh. I often go around 9-10am. Its at the front Village Plaza. K-May Donuts????"
