What a beautiful unexpected experience! Off-the-path tiny town with a jewel of a restaurant. Old western institution, and friendly good service. Exceptional food. The history of this place is an obvious draw, and the food doesn't disappoint. We had ribeyes with the sides and salad it comes with, and they were delicious. What did disappoint was the staff. We made a reservation, got seated, and were ignored for over ten minutes. When we asked for service we were told the entire restaurant had one waiter.
