eating was really good, especially the omelet and the roasted tofu don't miss this and the bird's nest was refreshing. Please note that the menu does not have the price, please ask the tante for the price: View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Cheng Nguan:
No menu, no prices, no bill breakdown, exorbitant charge by owner as she likes, avoid at all cost unless you ask price as you order! No a/c, no ambience, restaurant last painted probably more than 50 years ago in the 60's! This is a total rip-off place! And the food is just so-so. Definitely a no star restaurant! It's an old restaurant where you have to call ahead to order so they can buy the ingredients to prepare the food for you. Most of their menus don't have printed books, but they point to the refrigerator and let you choose what you want to eat. It is recommended that you eat fried tofu, fried spring rolls, and haeguin. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1,000+ Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Simple home-style chinese food. Most dishes tasted under-seasoned for us. I think its the style here and we should've managed our expectations. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1–100 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Prawn Cake
