What User doesn't like about Eighteen Nineteen:
You might want to give this place a missed if you cannot speak Thai. The looks and ambiance of the restaurant attracts me when I was passing by. Decided to have a beer there. The service was bad. There are like 10 waitresses and 2 waiters but it’s hard to get their attention. Staff is mingling among themselves. Only 1 waiter was busy running around assisting customers. They don’t inform about additional charges such... View all feedback.
Live music, great Thai food, friendly service and ice cold (cheap) beers. Had a nice deep fried sea bass with a kind of mango salad/dressing which was kind of spicy but super delicious. Also deep fried squid to wash away with ice cold beer was wonderful. Live music was good, mix of Thai and English music. The floating pink flamingos in the pool make it an unreal but cool experience
Cold beer serve with chill mug glass ice on it and also can request another glass after ice diluted. Great atmosphere with the pool inside, nice music started with slow and upbeat after. Service quite good, food nice taste. The owner come to my table and asking what I need more that make me surprised! For sure, I come back again.
It is a nice bar restaurant close to Buri Sriphu Boutique hotel. We visited it 3 times and in general can recommend, if you are not too hungry. First of all, the personnel does not speak English very well, if not saying that it does not. The restaurant is pretty full all the time, therefore, you would be waiting for food some time. You may wait long. Very long : Overall, the food is tasty. If you are coming with a big group of people, be ready to get the dishes at different time. 3l tower of Asahi is 295 baht, which is a good deal but again... Be patient! : The live music starts in the evening around 8. Nice singer. The kitchen opens at 6.
One of the places to be in Hat Yai. Great rock bands playing. Very friendly and efficient staff. Modern styling. You can sit under the cover of the roof or outside, which is what we did, in the late evening Saturday night breeze. We could still watch the footbal on the big screens and see the bands play from closeby. They keep your beer bottles cool with ice buckets. Great place for evening drinks with who is who.
Good affordable(not cheap) food and great alcohol with wonderful live music and even a pool in the centre with inflatable swans(not sure if you can take a dip though). Recommend the fried squid/calamari. Do not try the fried rice. Too spicy! it was level 9000+ for me!
