"I enjoy ting tong thai for years, delicious authentic food and the service is always fantastic. while I understand and appreciate the price increase, my favorite salt and pepper spells were the half of the size they were earlier, not crispy batter bits and I hardly had a hunch in the green curry. yet a 4/5 given, they do not want the star rating to have a negative influence, it was simply not as good as before. increase them the price and I will pay him, increase them the price and make the portions smaller, then make it difficult to return. love what you do, wish you all good."

"Second visit to Little Maracech and didn't disappoint. Fantastic atmosphere, service and food. I had Trio Grill Mezze an absolute meat feast. My partner had Sultan Kadra a lamb dish where the meat literally fell off the bone. If you're not a meat eater then there are plenty of vegetarian meals. If you haven't been yet you need to go!"

"We had a well-deserved coffee and cake at Willow Trees Café after a lovely cross county walk. Refreshments were excellent and it was nice sitting outside by the river Lea (there was even a swan on the river with several young cygnets). There is not much parking at (or near) the Café so most people walk from Wheathampstead (along the Lea Valley Walk) or walk cycle from Harpenden along the old railway line (which is also part of the Lea Valley Walk). The café does have a set of cycle racks. It should be noted that the café is only at weekends and bank holiday Monday’s between May Bank Holiday weekend and August Bank Holiday Monday. Contactless payment is now accepted and additional outside seating has recently been added."
