Again an appointment in Hattersheim and punctually around the noon time I strolled to the beautiful place where the restaurant La Sila is located. After reading the daily recommendation on the blackboard, it was clear: here it will be time to update my review of September 2014! The past visit was quite positive and I had not seen any other enticing in Hattersheim (which is not supposed to mean that there is no . Again beautiful weather, even more beautiful than last year. I took a seat on one of the outdoor tables. Service: Very friendly I was greeted by one of the service owners and received the card. The great summer weather made me order a Schorle right away. Two gentlemen took care of me very carefully. Do I want bread for the delicious sauce? Another drink? Something pepper? Maybe Parmesan to the pasta? Is everything right? So you really feel VIP and as a welcome guest. The food was served after a suitable waiting period. Pay then also completely without problems: a wink with the purse and immediately comes the nice Lord with the document. Important for a lunch table, some guests have to keep up to work and break times. Food and Beverage: As already mentioned, I ordered a dry scab. This nice cold, it was used a good wine. The menu is very lush. Almost too lush. However, when looking closer, the ingredients are repeated. This then gives hope for fresh ingredients. As in the past year it won the table: ribbon noodle with truffle € 13.50. In the last time, I have been enriched with quantities. So there was really Medaillion 1 cut, or pancakes... can be 1 or more... was of course 1! I ordered courageously, hoping that not only 1 ribbon noodle of 10 cm would be served! I'm not disappointed. Served was a wonderfully fragrant plate with band noodles, the portion was not too lush but appropriate for a lunch table. To my surprise, not only did truffle oil butter work here. No! In the closed glass, the fresh summer truffle was also served at the table and generously planned over my band noodles. I feel so good!!! The pasta of very good quality. I can't say if it was homemade, but it couldn't have been better. Perfect al dente. Rounded with fresh pepper from the mill and fresh parmesan. A basket with white bread was also given to me... my plate looked like flushed. Unrequited after my fine food the next surprise: A fine goose with a homemade chocolate cream and a shot of vodka. That's right. Now another espresso and everything is great! Ambience: The traffic-free outdoor area is really nice. Chicken plants and trees all around. The table, however, also in the magnificent weather without any decoration, no flower, no candle. Just a stone with the table number. Simple and appropriate. Do you need more if you just have fresh truffles on Thursday? The cutlery was uncovered wrongly, I don't take this here either. Inside the restaurant, the tables are much more elaborately covered. Maybe there's an opportunity to come here in the evening. Conclusion: 4 happy again! Loved for dinner. (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it results again, 4 – happy again, 5 – necessarily back to kitchen trip .
