This place deserves more hype! We were looking for a shave ice place in the area and stumbled across Upstairs At the Mill. The location is literally upstairs, so it can be easy to miss. They sell a selection of fudge and shave ice. We tried their fudge flavors like lilikoi, chocolate, and haupia which were unique.
