Everything is fresh, you're given plenty of food for the price. I wouldn’t buy groceries there are everything is marked up for tourists, but handy if you’re in a pinch. We had lunch there on our first day in palm cove, even though it was quite busy around lunch time, the food came our promptly. We wanted something quick and easy for a late lunch and given Pete’s Place was on the beach front and also beside a Telstra Hotspot we sat at one of his outside tables on the footpath. I thoroughly enjoyed my battered fish and the portion of chips was very generous, although they were a bit tasteless.
