Blossom Lotus reminds me of the Singaporean food courts. This vegan stall is located inside Dixon Square in the middle of Chinatown. It is hard to believe the way dishes are prepared here with soy, mock chicken or mushroom to give you a taste similar to meat. I recommend to get the $10 three choices with rice/noodles ... I assume its the same portion size as the $7 one choice, but the variety makes it worth it. And the container is packed!
