My wife and I prefer BBQ places when we travel because of the ease of dining quickly and usually good food. Blue Smoke was a perfect example of both. The place was quite dirty upon arrival. There were some dead bugs on the floor too. There were no other customers there the entire time, so there was no excuse for how filthy it was. The waitress was new and inexperienced. Several things we ordered were unavailable because they were ruined in the freezer.
