Surprised there weren’t many people here, were traveling from Colorado home to Pennsylvania and found this spot in gorgeous old town Hays. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. It’s a bit hit and miss here. I’ve visited on several occasions and I’ve had some great BBQ and I’ve had some that tasted like it was reheated from the day before. I’ve visited on days where they should have been open but the restaurant was closed without a reason. If you’re lucky and it’s a good day then it’s worth the stop for sure. read more.
