What Graeme G doesn't like about Manny's Tex-mex:
Dang it. I've eaten here twice before for lunch and it was ok, and I know you shouldn't judge a place on maybe one off time. Tonight however opened my eyes that their food is just very basic, and even lacking. I won't review service because like most places now good service doesn't exist much anymore.
