The vegan options were not plentiful. Waitress didn't really understand what vegan meant. But she was very attentive. Potato pancakes were delicious. I hope they were vegan. We had sides of carrots and green beans and they were deliciously cooked. Again, hope they were vegan. The Veggie Burger was okay. the veggie patty in the Burger menu is beyond meat. Please do not have any butter on the bread. for appetizers is the huge spelt vegan without butter and beef it was super fluffy, warm and really good. I believe that some pages outside of fries can also be vegan (like for example the violet cauliflower.) our server was quite knowledgeable and answered my asking.
