about 9 o'clock surprisingly, the 2 keseburgers were brought out quite quickly. I just didn't get half the price for the shakes. this type sucks especially on ssi life View all feedback.

The general manager, Bobbie, has an issue with individuals with autism. The way he treated my close friend was unprofessional and he should not be in a customer service position if he cannot show respect to all customers, regardless of any disabilities they may have. The way he treated my close friend was unprofessional and he should not be in a customer service position if he cannot show respect to all customers, regardless of any disabilities they may have. Bobbie, this was not a smart move and they have been reported. I will continue to take action until measures are taken in this situation. It is not acceptable to treat someone the way my friend was treated.
We arrived at a drive-thru that was moving very slowly. We opted to go to a stall instead. After pressing the red button twice and waiting for about 15 minutes, no one responded. I walked up to the door and was informed that the stalls were closed due to limited staffing, and I would need to go back through the drive-thru. While I understand the lack of assistance, it would have been helpful if they had informed us earlier that the stalls were closed instead of making us wait and then telling us to go back through the drive-thru. The service was very poor.
I absolutely adore this Sonic location. The San Jacinto one is terrible in comparison. The service here is always on point, the employees are fantastic, and even though the lines can be long, the wait is minimal. This place is simply amazing. You guys are the best.
I went to this restaurant on a Monday night with my daughters to enjoy some music. Unfortunately, the staff made a mistake with my order. I had ordered a kirschkoks with lime, but I received a drink with just lime. I returned it to the staff and they corrected it. My daughter's order was correct, but when I received my drink back, I was disappointed to find that it only had a small amount of koks added to it. I understand that the restaurant may have been busy and dealing with difficult customers, but taking it out on those who don't cause a scene is not acceptable.
Took 30 minutes just to pull up to the speaker to take my order and when I was getting closer I swear I saw two girls messing around spitting in drinks. Never coming here again. Saw multiple people leaving from bad service. As did I since no one ever took my order yet they were showing multiple orders on screen .
