"This place used to be so good! This was my third time and probably my last time for a very long time. Nothing about this experience was good. First off, the service was horrible. The one and only server had no personality at all. I understand she was probably under pressure from being the only server, but at the time my family and I went, it was just us and one other family. We kept needing to ask for extras of everything because they only gave about a tablespoon of ranch and sour cream. My father in laws salad came out with his food while my boyfriend’s salad came out five minutes after we ordered. We had to ask for napkins and the waitress didn’t ask if we needed refills on our drinks. We seen one couple leave because they hadn’t been served by the waitress for 20 minutes. One family also came in and had been waiting on the server to clean the only booth they had left, which was still left dirty from the last person. Then after the couple had left from waiting for the server for 20 minutes, the family took over that table since it had not been used. I ordered a BUILD YOUR OWN STROMBOLI which was very good which came with Alfredo sauce on the side in a separate ceramic bowl but the Alfredo sauce was NOT IT. Last time I had ordered the Alfredo sauce, IT WAS SO GOOD. Very flavorful and really the only reason why I wanted to go back tonight. This time was so nasty. It was bland and watery. It’s like they added milk to the ceramic bowl, added shredded mozzarella cheese and some salt and pepper, then microwaved it for one minute, then served it. That’s what it tasted like, nothing. The waitress had no personality and almost seemed like she hated her job. The quality of food went bad and so did staff so it definitely was not worth what we paid for. I don’t know why they always seem so short staffed. They need more cooks and more waiters so that people don’t leave frustrated because they hadn’t been helped. Very disappointed."
