Ordered a pizza waited 40 minutes then went to pick it up because the app was downstairs she informed me that they had not started a big deal, told them to cancel and refund, and they said they would. When I checked that it was in the process of refund, I was informed that no such thing was requested or done. Very disappointed, dishonest situation. Should not have to call customer service to fix this. View all feedback.
