I went to the house several times to get food and am always impressed by how clean the place is. Sometimes things are super busy, but your patience is repaid with hot, delicious, directly from the oven food. Food: 4/5 View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Ordered a pizza waited 40 minutes then went to pick it up because the app was downstairs she informed me that they had not started a big deal, told them to cancel and refund, and they said they would. When I checked that it was in the process of refund, I was informed that no such thing was requested or done. Very disappointed, dishonest situation. Should not have to call customer service to fix this. View all feedback.
