Had fish and chips king George whiting) was cooked beautifully, even though with the fin still beginning on the top of the fish, as all whiting has bones. For people who don't know, most fish and chip shops sell whiting with the fin still on them. My husband had combination yiros which was good and tightly wrapped. Will never return again. Chips were beige and soggy. Top layer of chips were covered in salt while the bottom of the box had none. King George whiting was full of bones and half size. read more.
