What Hilton Stroman doesn't like about Alexander's Bbq:
The pulled meat was pulverized and overly sauced. It tasted and had the consistency like it had been sitting in a slow cooker for a very long time. The chicken had an odd seasoning, maybe cinnamon. The beans and slaw were basic, maybe Sysco made? The rolls were what I would expect from a school cafeteria, cheap and flavorless. Too many better BBQ choices to eat here. View all feedback.
An old Patterson Ave West End Favorite. The place looks just like a generation that adds to its simple charm.
Great little space for big bbq.
