What LJT doesn't like about Red Salt Chophouse And Sushi:
It’s a very simple review actually. I hate writing these things, but I’m frustrated. I walked in, was seated by a table right at the front door by the bar. Sat for 15 minutes, no acknowledgment or service. The place is packed, and there were plenty of servers with a bunch of managers Who saw me sitting there, yet mostly standing around and flirting with the waitresses. I really hate bad service and no service even mo... View all feedback.
I visited this wonderful facility on Saturday with a reservation of 5:45p. My waitress, Elizabeth, was excellent and gave excellent performances. She gave great recommendations and kept our drinks filled. Parking was more difficult to find expected for a weekend, just mindful! The braided steak egg roll cup was great, I enjoyed the spicy jalapeño sauce that came with him. You should not eat the Argula bed under the egg roll, but it was good! There were too many elements in the egg roll, no real taste came through for me. The soup was also excellent! Almost like a crab soup, but... lighter. Excellent. My main course was the hanger steak and white truffle frits. Steak was medium and cooked for perfection. I love that they give you that. I couldn't finish her, but they were so good!!! The Steakhouse Burger was also excellent! I have to come back and try the sushi, it looks great. Everything in a 10/10 experience. The ambience was really nice. It was packed, but it wasn't packed *feel*.

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary dinner on a Sunday evening with a reservation of 6:30. We sat in a corner cabin overlooking the wine room and sushi prep area. We never saw another customer for the 90 minutes we sat. My wife liked privacy. Our server Brianna was prompt, polite and had good recommendations. My wife had salmon sashimi followed by the Wonder Woman Sushi role. I had lamb meatballs, the 11-oz fillet and truffles. Everything was great, only with the exception of the truffleries that were just a little warm. It is a great place to get either seafood or paprika quality steaks.
We went happy hours and the food was great for the price. We have the baby castles, slides, sushi rolls and pommes and everything tastes great. The Babyburgers and Slider come as two, so it's great when you go with someone else. Service was fast and responsive. We got more food. We would definitely go back if we had the opportunity.
Delectable sushi options and decent alcohol selection at a very high price. Quantity of food was not that great. Expect to spend $50 per head for a full meal with alcohol. Friendly wait staff
