Due to incompetence of staff and machinery and the inability of head office to process a refund, it cost us £27 for 2 small meals. Check your receipts and if the self pay says it can't issue a receipt don't use it. Mirrisons head office wanted us to do a 200 mile round trip to sort the problem which shouldn't have happened anyway . Absolutely ridiculous. read more.
