"Wir waren vor längerer Zeit im Löwen. Vor allem Familienfeste werden da gefeiert. In der Wildsaison ist der Löwen besonders zu empfehlen. Den Wildhasen gibt es wirklich nirgends so lecker wie im Löwen. Der Jus passt perfekt, er überdeckt nicht das Gericht, sondern unterstützt es. Wirklich wunderbar. Die klassischen Beilagen sind super. Speziell die Spätzli sind der Kracher. Ich liebe es leicht salzig. Gratulation zu so einer einfachen aber umso besseren Küche. Ich meine es also als Kompliment wenn ich sage. Das schmeckt wie bei Grossmutter"

The Currey and Kalbs Cordonbleu were big hits at our table, as was the well named desert, Coupe Romanoff that could amply serve two people.
