What User likes about Hardee's:
We like Hardy's and this store is usually a great experience. Tonight, once we got home (a 3 min ride) we discovered our fries were just barely warm, soggy, and stale. Not our normal experience. Hopefully better next time. View all feedback.

I have to say I'm pretty lenient on almost food service. I understand the fast pace and some quality is sacrificed. but every time I order a burger, it's cold. Today I was in the line around 10:20 and decided to come back to the line so I can get a burger. I literally moved to the window at 10:30 a.m. when they start lunch.
