My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Alpine last week. There were great options for vegetarians. I selected options from the set menu which is great value for money. I had Portobello mushroom starter which was presented exceptionally on the plate followed by Mushroom risotto which tasted fantastic and was served piping hot. Unfortunately this restaurant was closing its doors the weekend we visited. The building and land was being sold to property developers. Shame because we have eaten here for 25 years and only have good things to say about the food and service. read more.
