We were in the area and googled best places for lunch. Three options appeared and we opted for The Red Lion. Establishment was very well kept inside and out and spotlessly clean. We eat at the Red Lion twice a week during the week and the food is excellent, especially the chicken escalope. We decided to have Sunday Lunch as the food is so good. What a disappointment, my wife had beef cooked medium and it was like rubber, she could not eat it. The manager was very good and changed it for a chicken pie. I had pork and it was ok 4/10.
