Wouldn't really call this place a BBQ joint....BBQ was mediocre and cold, sauce was average....so I prefer seeing my BBQ cut (when fresh and hot) and dished out like the other real BBQ joints do. So you don't know if you're really getting their BBQ or bringing someone else's in.
