Had a very enjoyable dinner last night at the Slaley Hall Brasserie. The food was lovely I enjoyed a steak and my wife a schnitzel accompanied by a delightful Merlot, but what made the evening most enjoyable was our server, Emily. The food is ok. It isn’t worth the price you pay. I’d say breakfast was the best. The selection was fantastic and the produce was local. Lunch and dinner at the price they offer are not worth it. The staff however are superb. An absolutely faultless service at breakfast, lunch and dinner! The best waiter so far was a young man called James. So polite and went above and beyond!!
