We attended on a Tuesday evening. We noted that there was a weekday dinner offer. We were allowed to choose any starter and any main from the menu. The mixed starter was top notch very fresh and tasty. I had a keema vindaloo which was superb the portions were generous too. The service was attentive and sincere. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back if in the area. read more.

What noelb27 doesn't like about The Balti Palace:
Take Away..just don’t do it. Cost £30 and it went in the bin totally gone done hill. Starters were dried out, and pakoras batter was undercooked which was strange singe the chicken inside was over. The rogan josh was more like a Italian tomato sauce with no herbs no flavour to it at all. Popadoms were ok read more.

"Called for late lunch, Unfortunately they stop food at 3pm when they close at 5pm so ate earlier than I wished. The staff were very pleasant and the food was plentiful and very good, also good value. We will definitely return on a day they stay open till later."

"Cosy, vegan/vegetarian café in Buxton. Owners very welcoming and accommodating. We had the vegan mushroom soup with vegan butter and roll, Coronation tofu sandwich and the vegan Indian burger.
