"Stunning food, a real surprise when I first found it. Lovely authentic service, delivered with passion and a deep knowledge of the origins of the dishes. Great selection of both soft and alcoholic drinks, again authentic from Italy, traditional sodas etc. Ingatestone is very lucky to have a restaurant of this calibre on the high street; it's such a joy to visit every time. It's worth calling ahead, and you certainly have to book in the evenings. Given their popularity you may be disappointed if you don't call ahead to secure a table. Highly recommended; this is what great Italian food is all about Dietary restrictions: It's a relatively small kitchen preparing a wide variety of dishes from scratch. As such, you can't reasonably expect them to accommodate all intolerances and allergies. "I came here yesterday evening with my 8 year old nephew, Sister and Dad. We had not booked but they said they could fit us in for an hour. It’s such a lovely restaurant with a great ambiance. I wouldn’t say a Saturday evening is great for bringing kids, it seemed more like an adult place but not sure what the rest of the week is like. My Sister and I loved the music although I’m not sure my Dad could hear us talking as he kept saying pardon but it didn’t matter. The ambiance is really nice, it’s quite dark inside with a candlelit environment which makes me also think it would be a great place to go on a date. The food was lovely, just the right portion size, I wouldn’t describe it as the best Turkish food that I have had but it really was delicious all the same and the staff were very friendly and were well informed about the menu. I would definitely go back."

"Didn’t know about Cloud Naan until a menu was posted through the door, and glad it did. The service is brilliant order on line and track delivery, arrived on time and food hot. Amazing tasting food, would agree with other reviews, best Indian take away we have tasted in a very long time. Would highly recommend and will definitely been returning. Thank you"

"A most enjoyable way to celebrate my husband's birthday, accompanied by a friend. We chose the six course tasting menu with paired wines. The food was exceptional and the wines well selected. Opting for the paired wines allowed a better match of wine to each...course, benefitting from the expert advice on hand and offered the opportunity to sample wines that we would not otherwise have chosen. Of particular interest in this set of pairings was a very good rosé and a red desert wine that was a delight. We were also steered towards an excellent port to accompany the cheese course. Once again, Jahdre produced dishes for each course which were innovative and attractively presented and we all agreed that the meal was up to his excellent standard! All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable evening."

"I Have been eating at Jake’s for over 30 years. Never have I not enjoyed the food. Always love having a chat with Rob, I take all my kids with me and they also love Jake’s. But forget everything I have said and put your hands together in appreciation because finally the original RIBSTEAK is back !!!!XXX!!!! Oops I’ve been in twice this week for a treble mmm . "I enjoy ting tong thai for years, delicious authentic food and the service is always fantastic. while I understand and appreciate the price increase, my favorite salt and pepper spells were the half of the size they were earlier, not crispy batter bits and I hardly had a hunch in the green curry. yet a 4/5 given, they do not want the star rating to have a negative influence, it was simply not as good as before. increase them the price and I will pay him, increase them the price and make the portions smaller, then make it difficult to return. love what you do, wish you all good."
