The older woman serving and preparing the food appeared as though she had been digging in dirt with her hands. Her fingernails were dirty, which was quite unappetizing. The food was delicious, but we found it to be a bit pricey. The portion of juice was small for the price. It was difficult not to be distracted by her filthy nails while eating, as hygiene standards should be upheld in a kitchen. The restaurant should... View all feedback.
If you're thinking of doing a workaway here... Don't! The owner is the devil incarnate. Also someone send the food health inspector for the love of God.
Went to enjoy a breakfast roll and tea with my wife before heading out for to the beach. The Black Pudding and Potato Scone is a game changer! Fabulous and best Black Pudding I have tasted. Wife enjoyed the Bacon Roll too. Nice setting and staff were lovely. I love coming here and have booked dinner for Saturday night. I love relaxing and eating here before heading out for a drive to explore the area. Make this visit to this restaurant a must visit if coming to this area!
Last came here 10 years ago. I have to say the food is as excellent now as it was then. Kate is a wonderful cook and prepared everything freshly as ordered, amazing lady and cook or should I say chef. Thank you so much for a fabulous meal
This is a very relaxed and welcoming restaurant and great to take the family for a fabulous meal. Kate is very welcoming and our evening meal was nothing short of outstanding. My son and I had the Beef as our main course and my wife had the Haddock. All really delighted with the well cooked food and delicious vegetables too. Finished off with a great selection of sweets, the Plum Crumble is a must! Superb meal and would highly recommend this as a must visit if you are in the area. This is our second year returning to the area and we booked this restaurant for two visits this week as it is that good!
We had breakfast at Ariundle Centre during our Scotland trip food was freshly made and we really loved the bacon egg roll as well as the cake. We also got some tips on nice places to see. Felt like a really friendly place with people that made you feel welcome.
