"We wanted to try their sausage rolls, which we'd heard were good, but at 2pm arrived much too late as they sell out pretty quick. The roast beef sandwich I had instead was delicious, and so fresh! Our server picked basil from a plant behind the counter to put on my sandwich, wow. Go early!"

"Live locally(Thurso) had fish n chips once,fabulous and coffee and cake several times. Booked evening meal tonight, my 62nd birthday. We had the surf n turf wonderful fresh local lobster,lovely fillet steak ,great chips and trimmings. A huge plateful , best meal I've had for a long time. Highly recommended a wee gem in the North West corner of Scotland."

"Always a fantastic time. the workers are welcoming and warm, and the la fontana pilsner is a great choice of beer. small problem with the spinat on the prima (I think), pizza is quite soggy, but everything else was on the spot."

"Today we visited Cafe Rose for breakfast/brunch. We had a full breakfast and an eggs florentine. Both were outstanding! Freshly cooked and excellent quality.
