Tesco Cafe - Highland

Many thanks to nice customer service by tesco, wick. café was closed and when I asked if the girls knew where I could get a coffee on Sunday in wick, one of them went to see if they could take me a coffee from the caffe. she couldn't get that, so she took one of her paper cups and made me one of her personal canteen, then up if she wouldn't accept any payment! as a visitor of wick, because my mother had an operation and I need to drive from tain daily, that was really a welcome service. also a great thank you must go to margaret, in caffe, for their friendly talk to the days that I came into caffe with visit hours in the sick house.

Yes I was in tesco yesterday, but caffe was really bad. I was in served and gave the woman my command. it was sausage and chips. bacon with a roll. there were a few men behind me and she asked me to go forward for my drinks. I had noticed that there were only two big sausages and a few speck left. when I ordered my drinks, the same women came to me and said I had to wait when more food was cooked. I looked to the left to see that she served the men with what I had ordered. I told her why you sold the food I ordered the people who were behind me. she just looked at me and went away .. really not good enough .i for you would never use this caffe again. I called the load when I came to home, but caffe manager is on vacation and nothing can be done until she returns next week..

It was a nice break on the way for a long journey. The staff were nice and the drinks were good. The tables were a little dirty. Otherwise liked visiting here.
