Not great, but not terrible. We went on Christmas Eve at 1 to get a quick bite and it was anything but fast. I can't complain when it was a holiday. The food was only average, my burger was a little burned at the edges, but that is what gives the carbonated flavor. The Pommes were good. The location is good. The management of services is very poor. At the busy time of the day and I know they know) they appear to be UNPREPARED. I have left on many occasions because of the slowness which I attribute to poor management OVERALL. Today was not any better early Saturday) . Someone infront of me left w/o being served.
