This is my second time to this establishment. My husband and I day at the bar area. Quiet and relaxing. We went for lunch both times. The bartenders both times were fabulous. The servers were kind and attentive. We ordered appetizers and the food was excellent. Drinks were delicious as well. It's hard to get great customer service lately from restaurants so it's been a pleasure to receive it from red robin. View all feedback.
What Don Jay doesn't like about Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews:
Food was way over salted. Service was not great. Wait staff didn't check in until most of our food was gone, and glasses had long been empty. I guess you don't have to worry about refilling fries if you never check in. Pretty disappointing. Fortunately, there is a 5 guy's right across the street. View all feedback.
Very much like every other Red Robin.Good food, but nothing to write home about.
Terrible customer service!!! Would not fix the order that they rung up wrong!
