"Really nice smoked and juicy meats. Seating is only outdoors so check the weather. When I went it was windy and raining. Not a great way to enjoy some good food. I just have to go back now. Customer service was top ... The lady there know how to look after customers. Parking: Industrial area so parking during the week can be hard with lots of trucks all around. Service: Dine in"

"Got a few dishes for takeaway on Saturday night. It took over 45 minutes for the food which is understandable as it was a busy night and they were understaffed. However, the food quality and consistency had gone down big time. It almost felt like...it was cooked by amateurs. Tandoori chicken was dry as microwaved and burnt from outside. Chilli chicken was such a disappointment as this was my favourite dish to have here. The sauce was all dark and runny and chicken pieces weren 't marinated. Chicken jhalfarezi was a disaster too. Home cooked chicken pieces shredded pieces of chicken thrown in a sauce with capsicums not simmered. Navratan korma that used to be a nice tasty vego is now just frozen veg in sauce. Veg must be expensive as all there was 70 grams of veg in a saucy container. This restaurant was a joy to eat At now no more ."

"Came here with a group of 8 and we got the banquet, food was pretty good, loved the school prawns and cauliflower but the barramundi was poor quality and the eggplant ratatouille was very bland, had to request salt. Also was a somewhat underwhelming banquet...compared to places like mr miyagi. Acoustics aren’t great in there either and in a large group you do struggle to hear everyone. Lastly and most disappointing was that I ordered a Sauvignon Blanc from Margaret River as printed on the menu. 5 of us were drinking it and all started to complain about the flavour, it wasn’t at all like any other Sauvignon I have ever had! The more you drank the worse it got and when I looked at the bottle I noticed just how yellow it was and also noticed it was actually from Warrigal, Victoria and that it didn’t say it was a Sauvignon Blanc! After questioning the waiter they apologised for the misprint, insinuated we should have known it wasn’t a typical Sauvignon as it was called yellow yellow which according to the waiter means its heavier (not according to google) and then reluctantly said they would halve the price and suggested another bottle. After receiving the bill it was upsetting to see that they chose to halve the cheaper second bottle of wine rather than the more expensive one we didn’t like. Would not go again obviously and I would encourage others to think twice, there are too many other wonderful restaurants in Brunswick."

"A lovely authentic experience at Ras Dashen with Wondi (owner and waiter). We took the advice of a previous Zomato review and just asked Wondi to bring us a mixture of food for two hungry diners.<br/ <br/ We got a mixture of meat and vegetarian dishes, alongside a variety of breads and everything was amazing. Finished off with a traditional coffee which not only tasted great, but was a nice little experience.<br/ <br/ All of this with two alcoholic drinks for just $30 a head!<br/ <br/ Looking forward to heading back already"
