I remember my first time at Chen's.... My God was amazing. My wife and I were immersed for the first time, I had the frying pork and my wife I had ribs, so I thought my food came in a normal size plate, but no it! when our food came out, I had a separable plate for my fried rice and a seperate plate for my viola wine and a decent shell Mac Salat. One of the most terrible places I've eaten so far! My family and I chose food from the steam table and the food was cold! My youngest got the orange chicken and it was not fresh at all. It was hard and had a lot of batter on it. My oldest daughter ordered a chicken sandwich meal and it was a piece of chicken katsu that was over cooked and burnt.
