Went during the recent cold snap. Rooms need cleaning as carpets are dirty as were walls and the floors are scuffed. Food could be described as average at best. Got given wet firewood so left at 430am to get out and back in the car which has a heater. The heating panel in the room did nothing, kids were frozen.
