"We were the Christmas days in this hotel and dinner there. the hotel and the breakfast was good, the room was excellent. but eat very badly, especially for christmas. it was made as a mass product without creativity, design or love to surprise the guests. Very... average and defenitiw not worth the seventh ranking at tripadvisor. because of this ranking we booked this hotel. they should be at the lowest place in ranking. so they warn not to eat here, but the booking of a room is in order."

"We have been here twice during our hotel stay. the breakfast was fabulous what they could wish. our dinners were also very, very good. the precursors were exceptional. the nets were also very good. we are Americans and speak and understand practically. not German. the young lady who ran the restored was very good to translate parts of the menu. kellner also spoke English. the only reason why we did not give a 5-star rating was that the waiter seemed to ignore us in a certain amount. in the first night we had to ask the waiter again and again to pour our wine, which was on a table behind us. he never checked with us during the meal. the second night was a repetition of the first in the other of the two dining rooms. our wine bottle was poured on a table that was accessible from me, only from the waiter to the first service."
